Released on January 3, 2022, “Disharmony: Find Out” boasts of P1Harmony’s evolving musicality with all members credited as writers or co-writers. They also showcase matured vocals and rap exuding newfound confidence. There are a total of six tracks on the album led by the title track and MV ‘Do It Like This’. The mini-album already created a new personal record for P1Harmony as it became their highest selling album in the first week of release. This impressive start is just one of the many reasons why P1Harmony’s comeback is one that should not be missed.
1. A thrilling MV and title track with ‘Do It Like This’
‘Do It Like This’ is at once a banger Hip-Hop dance track that attracts you from the get-go. It is sonically infectious with some fire rap verses penned by JeongSeob and InTak and equally alluring vocals from other members. The MV is visually more with colors than the previous releases and introduces a new metaverse arc ‘+WORLD’ that continues with their debut sci-fi film narrative as the members sing about going on an adventure to find out things unexplored and do what they love with all their might.
2. An effervescent mix of B-Sides
From the explosive ‘Do It Like This’ the tracklist extends into a mix of amazing B-Sides that transition from some trap/hip-hop heavy songs to more mellow but heavier lyrical tracks. The track ‘That’$ Money’ focuses on what they think is true money, emphasizing passion and hard work which is followed by an awesome Hip-Hop EDM heavy anthemic ‘Follow Me’ that involves all the members in the writing and composition. It will definitely make you start banging your head on the wall. This is succeeded by ‘Bop’, a little subdued song but still has a strong vibe to it. The fifth track on the EP ‘Before The Dawn’ is arguably the best with strong and poignant lyrics, carrying a sense of fear and question but nonetheless tells us to keep going. The last track ‘Peacemaker’ ends the ‘Find Out’ chapter on a heartfelt note. The warm track has beautiful harmonies that take you in like a hug as P1Harmony sings with a message of hope and peace “We arе the one/Yeah wе can make it home together/ You’re not alone, give me your hand/ We’re the peacemakers”.
3. A stellar choreography
P1Harmony has set themselves out with their choreographies from the very beginning. Perfect grooves and often times very intricate routines in terms of difficulty level. But they make it so seamless highlighting their strong foundations that turn into a bustling performance on stage. Interestingly they also collaborated with a dope American dance crew, The Lab, for their music video ‘Do It Like This’. A short teaser clip was released before the actual MV where the crew members and P1Harmony can be seen enjoying a dance cypher, showcasing their amazing freestyle.

With “Disharmony: Find Out”, P1Harmony has successfully wrapped up not only their first mini-album trilogy but also a musical era. Touted as ‘Rookie of The Year’ and also cementing it with a win at 2021 MAMA, P1Harmony has set the stone for their massive future. The conclusion marks only the beginning of highly anticipated follow-up music from the group, which will not only see the expansion of a very interesting metaverse but also the musical evolution of the boys both individually and as a fantastic team.
